• Ceramic coatings

• Window tint (if offered)

• Additional services, packages, and add-ons by request

All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, time required, and safety limitations.

2) Pricing & Estimates

• Prices displayed on the website, flyers, or social media are starting prices unless clearly stated otherwise.

• Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size/type

  • Condition and level of dirt, stains, pet hair, sap, tar, mold, or contamination

  • Paint condition (oxidation, defects, clear coat failure, etc.)

  • Time required to safely and properly complete the service

• We reserve the right to update pricing after an inspection. Any changes will be communicated before beginning service.

3) Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance unless otherwise confirmed.

• Confirmation does not guarantee completion if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or the vehicle condition requires additional time or services not included.

4) Deposits & Payments

• Some services may require a deposit, especially premium services such as paint correction and ceramic coating.

• Deposits are applied toward the total service price.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods may include cash, Zelle, tap-to-pay/credit card, or other methods listed at checkout.

5) Cancellations / No-Show Policy

To respect our schedule and time:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours notice.

• Late cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture.

• No-shows may result in a cancellation fee and/or deposit forfeiture.

6) Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Remove personal belongings and valuables before service

• Provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time

• Disclose special conditions (weak paint, electronics issues, prior damage, aftermarket modifications, etc.)

AG VIP AUTO DETAILING is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle.

7) Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

Vehicles may have pre-existing conditions such as:

• scratches

• dents

• curb rash

• cracked trim

• weak clips or brittle plastic

• paint failure / peeling clear coat

• faded or damaged leather

We are not responsible for damage caused by fragile or previously damaged components.

8) Service Results Disclaimer

Detailing is a restoration and improvement service, not a repair shop. While we aim for premium results, some issues may not be fully removable, including:

• permanent stains

• deep scratches or chips

• severe oxidation

• interior tears or cracks

• etched water spots

• clear coat failure

9) Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Ceramic coatings:

• improve gloss, protection, and ease of cleaning

• do not prevent rock chips or deep scratches

• require proper maintenance and aftercare

Improper washing methods or lack of maintenance may reduce coating life.

10) Photos / Videos for Marketing

We may take photos/videos of vehicles for documentation and promotional purposes. By booking with AG VIP AUTO DETAILING, you grant permission for such content to be used on:

• advertisements and promotional materials

If you want to opt out, please notify us before service begins.

11) Refund Policy

Due to the nature of labor-based services:

• completed services are non-refundable

• concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

• we reserve the right to inspect and offer a reasonable resolution, such as touch-up/rework when appropriate
